崗位職責(zé)】：
1、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)工作，執(zhí)行并按質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度完成新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計(jì)劃；
2、負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)目開展現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的配方改良與調(diào)整，控制產(chǎn)品成本，符合成本效益；
3、處理生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，提高產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性及生產(chǎn)工藝的改良；
4、解決公司新產(chǎn)品研制、技術(shù)攻關(guān)中、生產(chǎn)過程中以及產(chǎn)品在市場使用中遇到的技術(shù)問題；
5、負(fù)責(zé)撰寫產(chǎn)品研發(fā)報(bào)告及產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)技術(shù)文件，以及發(fā)明專利及實(shí)用新型專利申請(qǐng)書。
【任職要求】：
1、精細(xì)化工或高分子專業(yè)，碩士及以上學(xué)歷；
2、有包裝印刷涂料相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3、能吃苦耐勞，有責(zé)任心，愛學(xué)習(xí)、愛鉆研；
4、擁有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)或成功項(xiàng)目可放寬學(xué)歷限制。
