崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)試新原材料的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)并執(zhí)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室“6S” 管理；
2、協(xié)助研發(fā)工程師開展研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)（小試），并制備/準(zhǔn)備樣品給客戶中試；
3、參與發(fā)明專利、實(shí)用新型專利的撰寫；
4、協(xié)助配方工程師進(jìn)行涂料配方及產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新改進(jìn)；
5、協(xié)助客戶解決技術(shù)問題及為銷售提供技術(shù)支持；
6、化工專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，有涂料相關(guān)行業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)或?qū)嶒?yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，接受應(yīng)屆生。
崗位要求：
1、化工/高分子/材料專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，有化工相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、會(huì)使用基本的電腦辦公軟件，能根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、結(jié)果對(duì)上級(jí)進(jìn)行匯報(bào)工作；
3、具有良好表達(dá)溝通能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作積極主動(dòng)，具有良好團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)；
4、對(duì)所屬部門的使用主要原材料、產(chǎn)品有一定了解；
5、熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備的操作及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，以及相關(guān)的檢測(cè)方法及結(jié)果判斷依據(jù)；
6、能根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需要，使用合適的原輔材料進(jìn)行配方測(cè)試；
7、能處理簡單的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問題；
